Indian Oil Corporation Limited is under the ownership of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. IOCL overlap the entire hydrocarbon value-chain, including refining, pipeline transportation, marketing of petroleum products, exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas, and petrochemicals

Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility criteria for IOCL Jobs are as follows-
1. IOCL Age Criteria:
The age limit criteria for IOCL Recruitment are-
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 24 Years
- Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD Candidates as per rules.
2. Educatinal Qualification:
For applying to the post of Work Person (Grade VII) in IOCL Company, the candidate must have completed any of the following qualifications-
- Candidates should completed Matric with Regular Full Time
- Candidates should completed ITI in Relevant Trades
- 12th Class, Diploma (Engg), Graduate in any discipline from recognized University

Period of Apprenticeship Training :
- Period of Apprenticeship: 12 Months for all disciplines except
- Trade Apprentice: Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices) will be having 15 Months training
- Trade Apprentice: Retail Sales Associate (Fresher) will be having 14 Months Training
Application & Selection Process:
- Candidates who are willing to apply and complete the eligibility criteria for the IOCL jobs can register online.
- There will be the Written Test for selection process.
- Selection of candidates are based on marks they have obtained in Written Test.
- Candidates who pass in examination and interview rounds can be selected for the Apprenticeship.
